Beesmunt Soundsystem

Beesmunt Soundsystem is an Amsterdam-based electronic music group formed by Luigi Vittorio Jansen and David Van Der Leeuw. The duo began releasing music in 2012, with their first release appearing on April 3rd of that year. As of May 2020, Beesmunt Soundsystem transitioned from a duo to a solo endeavor led by one of the original members.

Their sound spans techno, tech house, deep house, and electronica, with a focus on peak time driving techno that delivers high-energy dancefloor moments. Beesmunt Soundsystem has released music on Pets Recordings and Church, accumulating six releases between 2012 and 2016. Their production style moves between the deeper, more atmospheric textures of deep house and the driving intensity of peak time techno, making their catalog suitable for both warm-up sets and prime time slots.
