GPU Panic

GPU Panic is the electronic music project of Portuguese producer Guilherme Tomé Ribeiro, who began releasing music in June 2021. The project emerged from technical difficulties with a faulty computer that caused random interruptions during music production, leading Ribeiro to embrace these glitches as part of his creative process. He also produces music under the alias UhAhUh and has released 19 tracks across various labels since his debut.

GPU Panic's sound spans indie dance, melodic house and techno, afro house, organic house, downtempo, and tech house territories. His releases appear on respected labels including Discotexas, Watergate Records, and Get Physical Music. The music combines electronic textures with nostalgic and enigmatic atmospheres, featuring vocal elements that merge with synthesizers, bass lines, and rhythmic frameworks. His production style incorporates both the organic warmth of afro and organic house alongside the driving energy of tech house and melodic techno formats.
