Huxley
🇬🇧About
Huxley, real name Michael Dodman, is a British DJ and producer from London who began releasing music in 2010. He operates under several aliases including Dezz Jones, Desert Storm, and Mr. Mushrooms, accumulating 117 releases across his career that spans from 2010 to 2019.
His sound centers on deep house and tech house, with occasional ventures into peak-time driving techno. Huxley releases primarily on respected labels including Moon Harbour Recordings, Aus Music, Moda Black, Too Many Rules, and No Idea's Original. His productions typically maintain the groovy, mid-tempo characteristics of contemporary deep house while incorporating the sharper percussion and driving basslines that define tech house, making his tracks suitable for both warm-up and peak-time DJ sets.
