Low End Activist

Low End Activist is Larry Edgar Anderson, a producer from Oxford who relocated to Bristol before settling in Berlin. Anderson has been mining the hardcore continuum since 2008, operating under multiple aliases including Patrick Conway, Pat Ca$h, and Helium III. He maintains active roles across several labels, including his own imprint Low End Activism alongside Sneaker Social Club and Bruk Records.

His sound spans 140 BPM deep dubstep, grime, and bass-heavy club music, with releases appearing on Sneaker Social Club and Peak Oil since 2022. Anderson's productions operate in the deeper, more meditative zones of the dubstep spectrum while maintaining the percussive intensity of grime's rhythmic framework. His seven releases between 2022 and 2025 demonstrate a commitment to the UK's bass music lineage, translating Bristol's sound system culture through a Berlin-based perspective that emphasizes sub-heavy frequencies and sparse, precision-engineered arrangements.
