Pinto (NYC)
🇺🇸About
Pinto (NYC) is a house producer from New York City who began releasing music in November 2018. He founded his own label Jack City Records in 2021, which has become a primary outlet for his productions alongside his work with established imprints.
His sound spans house, tech house, jackin house, afro house, and deep house, with 29 releases distributed across Jack City Records, Material, Pets Recordings, Daylight Robbery Records, and Good For You Records. Pinto's productions typically favor the groove-heavy, percussion-driven side of house music, with his jackin house and afro house tracks showcasing syncopated rhythms and driving basslines suitable for peak-time DJ sets. His deep house work explores more subdued territories while maintaining the rhythmic foundation that defines his catalog.
