Ryan Crosson
About
Ryan Crosson is a DJ and producer from Detroit, Michigan who began releasing music in 2010. He operates under the aliases Berg Nixon and Ian Grosson, and serves as one of the founding members of both the Visionquest label and group. Crosson co-founded Visionquest Special Editions and Brachtune alongside Shaun Reeves and Lee Curtiss, and established NFI Recordings in 2021.
Crosson's sound spans minimal deep tech, tech house, deep house, and peak-time driving techno across his 24 releases. His music appears on Visionquest, BLKRTZ, and Deeperfect Records, with production work extending from 2010 through 2026. His tracks deliver both the driving energy suitable for peak-time sets and the deeper, more introspective qualities that work in extended DJ journeys, reflecting Detroit's influence on contemporary house and techno production.
