T Raum

T Raum is the alias of Marco Haas, a German electronic music producer born in 1975 in Heidelberg and now based in Berlin. Haas began as a hardcore punk drummer before transitioning to electronic music in the 1990s, founding his primary project T.Raumschmiere in 1997 alongside the electro label Shitkatapult. His T Raum project emerged in 2018 with releases beginning that June.

T Raum produces peak time driving techno and melodic house & techno, releasing music through Upon.You Records and International Deejay Gigolo Records between 2018 and 2021. His sound delivers the high-energy, dancefloor-focused approach typical of peak time techno, built for prime DJ sets. The project represents Haas's exploration into more refined techno territory compared to his electropunk roots, with six releases spanning a three-year period that demonstrate his adaptation of melodic elements within driving techno frameworks.
