Tripeo

Tripeo is the techno project of Dutch producer Darko Esser, who began releasing music under this alias in 2014. Based in the Netherlands, Esser also operates under the Onionboy moniker and runs his own Tripeo imprint. He has maintained a steady output with 20 releases spanning over a decade of activity in the underground electronic scene.

His sound centers on peak time and driving techno, complemented by raw, deep, and hypnotic variations that cater to dancefloor dynamics. Tripeo releases music across respected labels including Bassiani, Kias, MindTrip, and Rekids, alongside his self-titled imprint. While techno forms his core identity, Esser explores house music and electronica downtempo territories, demonstrating range that extends from high-energy club tracks to more introspective compositions. His productions typically operate within the 120-140 BPM range, offering DJs versatile material for both peak-hour sets and deeper moments.
