Asymmetric head Inigo Kennedy returns to his label with a stunning five track EP ‘The Long Tail’.
Singular, evocative techno, as simple as that. ‘Rara Avis’ introduces the EP with a playful, intriguing and optimistic sound. The central three tracks build on a solid kick foundation and are primed to flood big dark spaces with memories – from the aching notes of ‘Rivers Flow Far’, through the emphatic and wistful title track ‘The Long Tail’ and onwards to peak with the swirling layers of ‘Maelstrom’. To finish the EP is ‘Against The Backdrop’, a fitting acid-tinged cinematic close.
