Kiki

Kiki is the electronic music project of Finnish DJ and producer Joakim Ijäs, who was born in Helsinki and is now based in Berlin. He began releasing music in 2009 and has operated under several aliases including Dieter Schmidt and Joakim Willich. Kiki runs his own self-titled label alongside his production work, having built a catalog of 30 releases over his career spanning from 2009 to present day.

His music spans deep house, tech house, indie dance, and melodic house & techno, with occasional ventures into peak time driving techno. Kiki releases on established labels including Moodmusic, Exploited, Bar 25 Music, and Akbal Music, alongside his own imprint. His sound typically operates in the deeper, more melodic spectrum of house music, often incorporating organic elements and warm textures that work equally well in intimate club settings and larger festival environments. The consistency of his output across multiple genres demonstrates his versatility as a producer while maintaining a cohesive artistic identity rooted in Berlin's underground electronic music scene.
