Lead track “Vasquez” is apparently the soundtrack to a failed drug deal in Miami, but there’s a hint of Maurice Fulton’s devilishness in those drums that will appeal to the freaks out there. “Like Her” meanwhile, continues Lo Shea’s recent flirtation with productions characterised by skipping snares and bowel loosing low end. Face down, a similar briskness in broken rhythm permeates “365247” though the mood is steadfastly dub techno whilst “Flash” is minimal techno at its hypnotic best.
