Behind the Techno (Peak Time / Driving) : Release Notes
‘Kuukou’s queen strides back into the catalogue with a dance floor dynamo charged with an undeniably sultry charm. ‘Command’ steadily rolls out as an absolute masterclass in percussive layering as impeccably crafted drums are stacked up over a circling synth line and a Prog-coded bass that work together to forge a limber and buoyant vibe. Vocals cut through the polyrhythms and cling to the consciousness while the groove takes care of the body and once again Simina Grigoriu cements herself as a producer with an uncanny ability to counterbalance passion with pressure.’
